Punkvism, a blockchain-powered Web3 project and home to global NFT initiative Punky Kongz, has announced the signing of a four-party Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to jointly promote Real World Asset (RWA)-based large-scale live performance projects across Southeast Asia.

The strategic agreement brings together KO Global Partners (Covi), CLIMIX, and TJ Communication alongside Punkvism to spearhead innovative concert and entertainment productions in Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

This partnership aims to harness Web3-driven RWA models to tokenize real-world event assets—such as concerts and sports spectacles—ensuring transparent and efficient fundraising through blockchain technology. While Punkvism leads the Web3 and on-chain asset infrastructure, the partner organizations will oversee off-chain operations, including venue sourcing, logistics, and ticketing, thereby creating strong synergy between blockchain innovation and real-world execution.

By leveraging smart contracts and decentralized technologies, Punkvism seeks to establish a next-generation global production and management model that bridges the Web3 ecosystem with the traditional entertainment industry.

Each partnering entity brings unparalleled domain expertise:

KO Global Partners (Covi) operates a diverse entertainment portfolio including the K-POP Starpic platform (boasting over 2.8 million global users), Metastar (a K-pop fan engagement platform), Bonstar (K-pop audition & training academy), Muvis (a “Masked Singer” IP-based music studio), and Happy Cosmo (a bilingual training Program for Netflix-featured talents and K-content stars). Covi specializes in global entertainment investment and brand marketing.

CLIMIX is a full-scale entertainment firm with experience in producing K-pop concerts and idol development programs. The company has announced events such as the BLACKPINK’s Jisoo Fan Concert in Hanoi (March 2025) and K-pop Artist Wonho Solo Concert in Ohio (May 2025), while also co-producing idol audition broadcasts with Ho Chi Minh TV.

TJ Communication, established in Vietnam in 2008, has led over 90% of K-pop concerts in the country and organized key sports events such as Park Ji-sung’s Asian Dream Cup and KLPGA Golf Tours. The firm is recognized for its deep operational footprint across Southeast Asia’s entertainment scene.

“This strategic alliance marks a pivotal moment for the fusion of Web3 and RWA models within the global entertainment sector,” said Hyun-ki Hwang, CEO of Punkvism. “By bridging on-chain finance with offline performance execution, Punkvism is proud to serve as a gateway that connects blockchain innovation to real-world cultural impact.”

With this agreement, Punkvism is accelerating efforts to expand its entertainment footprint across Southeast Asia while building a global Web3 fandom, using RWA as a catalyst for the next wave of digital and physical convergence in culture.
